Anzu "Kozue" Shirogane is an enthusiastic alien who tries to keep everyone happy. She prefers to be called Kozue.

Personality

Kozue is energetic and enthusiastic, and tries her best to make everyone around her happy, regardless of the situation. The enthusiasm that defined Kozue's character originates from her admiration of the former bodybuilder and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Despite idolizing his muscles and over-the-top acting, she doesn't like weightlifting to keep her femininity.

Yet, Chapter II shows that there's more to Kozue than her energetic self.

As Anzu

Prior to the events of the game, Anzu, born Azuha Zaharu, was relentlessly bullied in middle school due to her "weird" antennas and pink hair that is seen as unusual to other students. The bullying was so severe that she attempted suicide. To escape her bullying nightmare, she dropped out of school in order to pursue a cosplaying career at fifteen years old. She adopted the name "Anzu Shirogane", likening to her idol, Schwarzenegger, as well as dyeing her hair to mimick another idol she admired, Marilyn Monroe. As Anzu approaches a suburb house at twenty years old, a brunette named Jun Kisaragi, who's Shiori's roommate, Googled a fitting name for an alien girl. The human picked "Kozue" as her antennas stick out from her head, much like a treetop.

  • Child of Two Worlds: Outer Space and Earth. Ironically, most characters were originally from Earth before the Solar System replica, the Helio planetary system, was formed via a rift where they've transported as it was mistaken for a door to another room in their houses.
  • Cosplay Otaku Girl: Played straight as she cosplays as the T-800 from Terminator 2: Judgment Day, albeit the longer hair and the shirt changed to lavender rather than grey.
  • Cute Monster Girl: The only alien in this entire game's cast, yet she's really cute.
  • Driven to Suicide: Anzu was bullied to the point that she attempted suicide by strangling with her own hands.
  • Genki Girl: An extremely upbeat, energetic, and loud alien girl. She is very animated compared to other Team Hoshi members as her voice provided by Kotono Mitsuishi fits her personality well. Her true self, Anzu, is certifiably not this.
  • Gratuitous English: In the Japanese script, Kozue frequently peppers English words, sometimes even full sentences.
  • I Am Who?: Kozue is actually Anzu, a bullied middle school trasnfer student who dyes her hair blonde and cosplays to escape reality.
  • Vocal Dissonance: Her combat voicelines are much deeper compared to her usual high-pitched, cutesy voice when she's outside of combat.
